I’ll get right to the point: my life is about to change.
Where should I begin?
My literary masterpiece – the title is still up in the air – has cleared the editing process and now the real fun starts: finding someone crazy enough to publish the thing! To paraphrase Captain Kirk, “The odds are against me and the situation is grim. Sounds like fun!”
I look at it this way: if a book chronicling the joys of bubble wrap and watching old people dance can be a best seller for over twenty weeks, then the market should have room for the adventures of a bellman trying to make his way in a crazy world overrun by douchebags, right?
Some of you will find my next bit of news a little distressing; I’m afraid my current schedule is a little too overloaded for my bellman brain to accommodate. Something has to give and so I find myself forced to suspend my usual “WordPress World Tour”. I truly enjoy the time I spend connecting with each and every one of you, but I’m just too swamped to be a faithful visitor to all of your sites – at least right now.
There is a bit more to this story – to say the least – but I’m afraid I can’t elaborate. At least not at this time…
Someday though, a certain someone is going to find himself crushed under the weight of the “Wheel of Karma.”
That’s going to be a great day.
In the meantime, some good news! My work is going to be featured in a brand-spanking new web publication, Bullet News Niagara! What can I say? Apparently these folks recognize blogging greatness when they read it.
I really hope I don’t get struck by lightning in the next five seconds…
At any rate, a version of “You’ve Been Hooked!” -“the same but different”, as they say – will soon be featured on the Bullet site. As soon as I think of a new title and finish an introductory post, that is!
Until then, I intend to keep replying to your comments and I’ll visit periodically. Take care of yourselves.

Keep us up to date…you should look at self-publishing…keep more profits in your pocket. Check out Amanda Hocking’s blog…she did the self publishing thing and did it so well she now has publishers chasing her. She has a few posts on what she did and how she did it…
